Desync after many hours of injecting factorio in our bloodstream

Today I turn to you with a problem of desynchronization.
We have already tried many things in our field of understanding. New mods that we installed have been thrown out, old saved games with hours of intervals have been tried and the games have been reinstalled.
At certain points I and another player are kicked out of a friend's server. This can be closing an inventory, leaving a department store or running over a conveyor belt. In ~30% of the cases we can't even get on the server anymore, because we are immediately separated due to desynchronization when "catching up". In these cases, we can then go back to an old memory level for a few minutes. If the faulty memory is hosted on another computer, the same happens.
Since we all can't do much with the desynchronization log, we hope for a solution on your part.
Thanks a lot
Hoping for more hours with this save, which brought us back to love Factorio.
edit: File was too big to upload. Here is the report: https://filebin.net/304l0izsln7jkfhx
