Desync in Multiplayer

Desyncs in modded game will be ignored most of the time, until it is clearly proven that the desync is not caused by scripting.

I'm said friend and been hosting said game, and I haven't yet noticed on any of his desyncs a reliable trend other than it takes around 5-30 seconds for him to desync.
