0.15.34 Freeze while 2nd player connecting.

I am suffering a freeze while my friend is trying to connect. This freeze happens after a "desynchronized" message after my friend finished downloading our (big) save. This just creates a loop with him re-downloading the game and then me freezing.
I have a video of this happening, I'm sorry it is long and a big part of it is just waiting for my friend to load but at the start you can see I'm frozen and after my friend finished downloading you can see me freezing again.

This bug makes me unable to host the game for us and he has to host for us on a less beefy conenction which is still playable but a bit annoying.
I had this bug happen to another save too it comes after we played a bit on the map (10hr+)
I attached the save (begoneantoine), the logs and a screenshot of my mods (Don't know if relevant)
Here is my specs if relevant:
8GB ram
i5-4590k
r9 280x
900/300mb/s connection
