[0.15.23] Desync - Placing Landfill perhaps?

Hi Devs & others.
A friend of mine in my soft-modded save was placing landfill, and it desynced every one of us - every time we reconnected we would all desync instantly - stuck in some desync loop.
Restarting the server seemed to fix the desync loop, however the player placing the landfill (commanderbert) did not come back on the restart, so untested since then.
