[.14.21] Desync on player connect related to sleeping comp

All told pretty minor as the solution is to adjust the computers power settings. So just making sure that this is a known issue and searchable for the future :)

Using Windows Factorio to host, Host still logged in (Away from keyboard).

The Arumba MP game from last night started experiencing de-syncs when anyone would connect/try to reconnect. Anyone currently in the game was playing just fine.

Arumba confirms that after "waking" up his computer in the morning (I assume he didn't pour coffee on it) people were able to rejoin.

The desync was probably related to this mod, Arumba then played the fixed version without any issues.

This was after the removal of the mod. from the time his computer went to sleep till the time he woke it up nobody could connect but people online were still able to play.
