0.14.9 MP Desync Loop - Headless server

Hey,


Me and a friend have a headless server currently running on creeperhost.

We even changed server location. The whole reason we got a server there was because of this issue.
Even if we take our mods off I still desync. or if i host he desyncs.


I have no idea what's causing it , but even when we hosted games ourselves we had this issue.
Posted about it a few times but nobody seems to help.


I put the mod folder and desync folder in this post. (I'll upload 2 desync reports)
Maybe someone can finally help?
