Compact Uranium all in one (ore processing +Kovarex enrichment + train fuel + fuel cell + reprocessing)

A modified design based on KatherineOfSky(https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTIV3K ... NjoMoNaGtQ)'s uranium setup.

Changes:
Fixed the problem of outputting more than 1 U-235 after each enrichment, which requires excessive U-235 in order to work continuously.
Fixed the problem of U-235 backing up in the buffer chests next to enrichment centrifuges.
Fixed the problem of taking all of the U-235 into one machine, now only takes how much is needed to work without pauses.
Integrated train fuel, reactor cell, cell reprocessing into one block.

Note:
The fast inserter in enrichment is set to be enabled when U-235=2, is to handle the special case of both main progress bar and productivity bar being synced, which gives 2 extra U-235 at the same time.

Production graph (large):
Consumes two full blue belts of ore. Produces 100 U-235 / min, 30 used to make nuclear fuel & cell, gives 70 spare.

You have what appears to be a disconnected pair of underground pipe segments in the middle of the lower row of Kovarex centrifuges. Looks like it might be a remnant of trying to feed the RF factories?

Yes that's the old light oil pipe. I've updated the blueprint to v3, thank you so much for pointing it out.

My approach:

* build it early without bots or modules
* nuclear energy before kovarex, but keep enough to start it
* enough fuel for 10k spm megabase nuclear only
