Four Leaf Clover Nuclear Power Plant

I recently got into megabase design and I wanted to build my own nuclear plant.
The combinators are someone else's design however I don't remember who's it is.
The bottom left lamp is for the status of the reactors, yellow for working and green for idle.
The bottom right lamp is for the status of the tanks, blue if above desired level and off if under desired level.
The top lamps are red if the inserters are locked.
Turn on the constant combinator below the Heat Exchangers E-stops the plant.
You will have to boot it up by placing one Uranium Fuel Cell into each.
I am using Infinity Mode for testing purposes.
