What am I trying to achieve?
Create a self sustaining Kovarex Enrichment process that would continuously grow and feed itself while constantly spitting out U-235
What can this setup do?
Given 40 U-235 (and even with no extra items)
Initial output of 1 U-235 every 4 min(appx), 3 go to grow the process
Eventually outputs 11 U-235 every min (appx)
In normal conditions you keep mining U-235. This would help speed up the below process ever so slightly.
A ==> All U-238 goes here
B ==> All U-235 goes here
C ==> 40 goes to the next centrifuge and 1 back to the feedback loop
D ==> Give 1 U-235 output for every 4 created.
E ==> When centrifuges are at full capacity, send rest of the U-235 to the output
F ==> U-235 on the bottom of the belt is 1/4th of the feedback item. U-235 on the top part starts when the centrifuges start running at capacity.

I've an improved version of the setup.. You can actually extent it as much as you like

This is a simpler, more compact design that can handle very high volume.
When you can feed it by belt, as long as you make sure to add it to the upper half of the belt, and use a normal chests for the seed. Without the stack inserters for feeding enriched uranium you might want to use a slower belts for that part. You should also use an inserter at the extraction point to ensure that low electricity doesn't drain away all your enriched uranium.
Else this is a very robust system that relies more on mechanics rather than circuits.
