Intersection and road blueprints using Asphalt Roads mod

A set of blueprints for roads and intersections: Designed in such a way that when entering an intersection with the Pavement Drive Assist mod, you only need to enter the correct turn lane and pavement drive assist will complete the maneuver. Also includes working traffic lights with incoming train indication. Optimized for sector grid.

Future plans:
- More 2-lane Blueprints curves/etc
- maybe some 1 way or 1 lane intersections
- Shorter intersections (as short as I can make them and have them navigate reliably)
- More modular options for custom intersections
- Blueprints for selecting a "default" direction to follow if using PavementDriveAssist
- Possibly vanilla brick and concrete versions
- Better/more train options
- Enforce stopping at red lights using PavementDriveAssist speed limits feature + circuit network
