Sooo.
Here is my game as of now.
Yes it has not been 180 hours of constant work. Sometimes i just run around and cleanup trees, lay concrete etc.. Housekeeping. And sometimes i just idle. while doing other things.
Not all pictures are up to date. Some are a few days old. Some are weeks.
Map:
Coppersmelting.
This is 3 of the 5 total rows of my refinerywith now a total of 250 refineries. There is also 3x tilespace for modules. 5 waterpipes in between each row for adv refining+cracking.
It goes all down to petroleum. Even THOU i know light is better for solidfuel. By my napkin math it makes around 27 000 petroleum gas / minute when running full. Without modules/beacons as of yet.
Bigger overview of smelting + bit of bootstrap
Big refinery intake of oilbarrels. Ran by 2:4's on ro-ro station as rest of my base. 2 cargos for fulls. 2 for empties.
And thats what i have to show as of now.
And yes. The reason for building over resources. Is that i go further away from base to not having build new outposts as often.
