End-game concrete balanced for 30/s output

So, this thing below works fully on speed modules 3 to take less space.
And it outputs strictly 30/s of reinforced concrete.

Consumes blue belt of bricks, HALF of red belt for everything else, produces Sticks inside of itself.
And some water, of course.

Output made to the same side as input because I assume it's more convenient to not have any belts on the side of the water so, water to the left, everything else - to the right, let me know if I'm wrong.

I really don't know why somebody will use this, but just in case :) It's here.
I'm just a fan of reinforced concrete and run out of it today on a mid-game ugly setup so, I've made this replacement.
Comments are welcome.

P.S. Yes, splitter of course is not needed, it's just for an evidence that half belt of plates is enough.
