A couple things:

1) If you're using bots to fill your chests at the head of your belts, why not just have them deliver to the labs? Here's my bot based approach:

2) I don't see 16.8k per minute on your production chart, but 2.4k. I suppose you're multiplying 2.4 times 7 to get 16.8, but you're never using 7 packs at once, but at most 6. If you're using something that uses military science (grays), then you're not using the purples at the same time (and visa-versa), see your production chart. No grays being consumed on it. Still, 2.4k is quite an achievement. I'm up to 1.8k on my megabase, working towards the next leap in science.
