Full output 2400 green circuits/min, lvl3 assemblers

I've been doing green circuits the classic way (3 copper coil assemblers to 2 green circuits assembler) until a few days ago, when I needed the full output of 9,9 green circuit level 3 assemblers.
10 assemblers weren't producing enough and I started to investigate.

Problem : The classic setup works for level 1 or level 2 assemblers. Once you start using level 3 assemblers, 1 inserter by input/output is not enough anymore.

Numbers :
1 level 3 assembler can produce 150 green circuits a minute
It needs : 225 copper coil + 150 iron plates a minute to do that.

Fast inserter can move 2.306 item/s = 138 i / m
Long handed insert can move 1.153 item/s = 69 i / m. 2 long handed inserters = 138 i /m

So you need at least (1 long handed + 1 fast) or (2 fast) for iron plate input and green circuit output and 2 fast for copper coil
Copper coil is already ok with 2 assemblers feeding directly the green circuit assembler.

Classic setup doesn't allow for 2 iron plate input + 2 green circuit output.

Here is one solution :

This setup with 16 level 3 assemblers takes 1,5 copper belt + 1 iron plate belt (fully compressed) and outputs 1 fully compressed blue belt of green circuits (2400 i/minutes)

You could tweak a bit the placement of the power poles to add more inserters between the coil assemblers and circuit assemblers.

assembler -> assembler inserters get the stack bonus, so that should not be the bottleneck...

To make things a little simpler to set up, you could squeeze the circuit assemblers together. Then you have three spaces where the iron belts go, allowing two fast inserters on each side. Then you don't need the long inserter grabbing iron.

Doesn't change your final size or throughput any, but you don't need the wiggle in the iron lines. The interleaving in the center looks a little painful to set up, but hey, that's what bots are for.

I tend to feed my iron in from the top/bottom. I run a iron line above my copper line, split and underground to come out in the gap where you have your iron lines. But yours takes less space for sure.
