Trains are Awesome!
but i never really found a Good Working Setup to Unload them.
sure there are many out there, but i wanted to find one on my own :p
and that means, i got no idea if this Basic Idea already Exists:
Image
(this is the Filtered Version, but this "2 Inserters onto one Belt" Thing works quite well.)
Animated
(and this is the Normal 6-Belt Output version. a S2-3-6 if you like :p)
sadly, it is not fully Compressed... but works for my uses. maybe someone got a Compressing Idea? xD

Given the swing time, 100% compression is impossible without less belts.

the reason chests are used as a buffer in almost all designs is because you can unload the train car much faster. Dropping the whole stack in a chest first lets the arm return to the car faster.

Given burn time, if you unload both sides of the wagon, the optimal number *seems* to be around 1 compressed blue belt per cargo wagon. This allows another train to get in fast enough if you're draining the belt at full speed.

If you link inserters together in pairs of wagons, with the condition of Red Star = 0, you can easily unload all storage boxes evenly using blue inserters, and the 12 inserters per side will compress into 1 full blue belt. Then you simply use stack inserters for cargo wagon -> storage box.

Check this Layout. Its unloading Ores in ~13 seconds and filling the 2 Belts at a steady Rate.
