Movement Speed Research project

This board is to show, discuss and archive useful combinator- and logic-creations.
Smart triggering, counters and sensors, useful circuitry, switching as an art :), computers.

Movement Speed Research project

Hi guys!

Recently I started this project, that can answer some questions about movement speed in Factorio.

I built track 100 meters in length (100 tiles) and figured out the way, you can measure time, needed to run from start to finish and made a big stopwatch, that will show it. And now I can cover this track with concrete or belts, or even both and use any number of exoskeletons, from none to 10, and perform some tests to figure out, how various conditions affect your movement speed in Factorio. I've created controlled enviroment and I always get consistant results.
