[MOD 0.18] Teleport Shortcut

This one is pretty simple. Install it, get a shortcut bar button. Click the button, click a location, now you're wherever you clicked.

This is not balanced in any way; it's designed for times when you're fooling around in the map editor and want to move your "current location" via the map view, or for experienced players who've solved construction logistics a dozen times already and just want to be able to pop over to their mall and back if they forgot something. It does require zoom-to-world visibility to the destination, but that's only because I couldn't work out a good way to implement it that worked from the regular map view.

I don't usually play multiplayer, so if anyone tries it in an MP game, please let me know if it needs fixing!
