[0.17+] Train Wagon Combinators

Read from individual wagons at a stop, outputting to a constant combinator:

Options:
Completely empty slots.
Empty slots and available stack space.
Normal inventory.

Alpha mod. Won't work with moving/cloning combinators or stops. There's a minor potential collision for combinators on different surfaces, if they have the exact same positions.
