[0.11.x] Better electric pole

This is a simple mod with 1 electric pole.
reach and coverage has been improved.

original medium electric pole:
maximum wire distance: 9
supply area: 7x7

Better electric pole:
maximum wire distance: 11
supply area: 9x9

what would be the recipe? I'm assuming its a separate item, which is better than the medium.

yes is a seperate item.
recipe:
- 1 medium electric pole
- 2 copper plate
- 5 electronic circuit

Why does this tech cost red and blue potions?

The established progression in Factorio is that basic techs cost red, intermediate techs cost red and green, and advanced techs cost red, green and blue or red, green and purple or sometimes all four.
