Regarding to suggestions.

I think offshore pump will be much better if it become fuel depended.

Agree with that modded offshore pump must be at least 3 tiers upgradable.
Mk1 - slow burner-fuel pump
Mk2 - electrical pump with for example twice rate of water flow
Mk3 - electrical with some module slots.

Please imlement this to your mod.
