I really like when you have more ores, more things to do. But as there are increasing number of mods, and ores i would suggest.
If possible try to integrate with those "standers" mods like "Resources Spawn overall" "bobs ores" "angels ores" so we don't have ore conflict like to gold, to sulfer or what ever.
If possible, that is probably a not easy task i think.

I know, because i've already noticed this thing playing with mods (i've never tried bob's or angel's mods, because they've always sounded me too difficult for play, but soon i will do a session with bob and angel mods for get some inspiration for my mods).
I've already talked with bob for this and, when i will do the addons for this big mod, i will contact him for fix that incovenient.

I agree, the more ores, the more interesting.
Would be amazing indeed to combine with Bob's and Angels.
I like it when it is even more complicate then Bob's

FactorioPlus Plates FINISHED! (after 5 days)
Now i'll work on (DP77's-Factorioplus) BioExpansion and Technology.
I will start this evening, but i will continue monday...
For now the mod is useless, except for the sulfur, but, when i will release these 2 mods, it will be not.

I'm trying to play with your Dp77's-Factoriopuls:-advanced-tech version 1.4.0 and the game won't load. I'm only using this mod and the 2 prerequisite mods for it. It says 'file not found:__dp77s-advanced-tech__/graphics/tech/advanced-production.png'. Hopefully this helps.

Added new 9 alloys and fixed Steel and Newtonium recipes;
Now alloys needs quicksilver for be crafted;
Now alloys and minerals are divided in types / categories:
7°type: all the ores;
6°type: Peltrum, Bronze, Platiridium, Steel, Electrum;
5°type: Badassium, Fermium, Californium, Kripton, Einstenium;
4°type: Newtonium, Mendelium, Nobelium.
Other types will be released when will be the time, for now these alloys are sufficient for expand the Vanilla game.
Now i'm programming FactorioPlus: Machines/Assembling Machines...new ones are arrivyng soon!

I am using the current version of all FactorioPlus mods
Advanced Tech 1.8
Bio Expansion 1.6
I am unable to start researching any tech
Red Science requires Bronze wire
Bronze Wire requires Bronze Plate
Bronze Plate requires QuickSilver
QuickSilver requires tech that is many layers down the tree
So can't get one with out the other......
Did i miss a different way to create bronze from the start?
Or should Red science require a different component such as gold wire or Titanium wire?
Looking forward to Taming the beast that is this mod pack

As a follow up
I have done some more poking around the tech tree and there are MANY thing that need QuickSilver including basic mining of several ores
But the only way to get QuickSilver is hidden behind 3 separate Red/Green Techs (Metal Refining, Oil processing, Sulfur Processing)
It seams to me that there need to be a way to get at least a little bit of quick silver with no tech researched
Also the Use of lower level science pack in each high level will cause a ridiculous scaling factor especially for raw wood
one high tech science pack research cycle requires 420 raw wood
Please consider swapping out the lower level science pack at each level with a more exotic component you have a wide selection to chose from
Thank you for all the time and effort that goes into making a mod pack this complex

However, for the raw wood, i've created BioExpansion for this reason: give at the normal wood an interesting usage, but you're right: it's too much expensive...so i will reduce it a bit.

requires bronze wire
bronze wire is made from bronze plate
the bronze plate is created from copper plates and tin only starting from the second assembling machine not available
