Long description
Boxes are like barrels, but you put non-placeable items in them (ores, circuits, rocket parts, etc) instead of fluids. Each box holds one stack of the item, and boxes do not stack, so boxes do not let you put more items into chests, trains, etc.
They do help with belt throughput and speed up train loading, however. Also, bots can carry exactly 1 box, regardless of the level of carrying capacity research.
Boxes are unlocked by researching the new "Box handling" technology, which requires Automation 2. Like barrels, you must use Assembling Machine 2 or 3 to put items in or take them out of boxes.

On the mod portal we have a lot of packing/unpacking mods. What is here new?

These are both less than 24 hours old. I didn't know about them when I made mine. The first has stack size differences like boxing-2. UniversalPalleting is very close to mine and has better graphics, it looks like, but according to discussion comments the custom graphics mean it only supports vanilla item (mine should work with basically any mod since it doesn't have the custom tint thing to worry about).
Are there popular other ones I missed?

That is so unlucky on timing. I was just looking for a mod like any of those last 2 or yours the other day and couldn't find anything 16.x that wasn't excessive.

I do prefer constant amount of items going into package rather then full stack.
With full stacks things get awkward with items that have very big stacks or if you use stack size increasing mod like bigbags.
Are you using generated icons by layering or same icon for all boxes?
