Long description
Adds a Tiny Electric Pole, with coverage 3x3 and wire reach of 3 (just barely enough to reach the next one orthogonally).
This is a big help when blueprinting power switch setups, as the blueprint will connect every pole it can, but this pole is easy to isolate.
Medium poles 8 appart will allow one of these to be right under their wire without connecting.
They look just like small electric poles.
They the recipe is the same cost as small electric poles but makes 5.

Thanks to Gangsir for his excellent tutorial on how to create a mod.

I probably need to update the graphics, but I'll need to learn how to do that first.

I was inspired/attempting to fix the problems mentioned in this post about Lasers without drain:

Verified that it works with 0.16, I changed the version number and the Factorio version number, but nothing else.

not sure if it's possible, but would you be able to make a small pole that will only power a single block that could be rotated?
