[MOD] 0.9.X]Red Alert Harvester V0.0.5

This Mod was made to Bring the old ore harvester from Red Alert to Factorio.
The Harvester can drive like a car with full driving animations, mine ore and place it in the trunk.
And like the car the Harvester can be unloaded with inserters.
And a Refinery to dump all ore from the Harvester when it is near or on top of the Refinery. The Refinery will then unload all of its inventory to the right of it on to a conveyor belt or on the ground.
Ok this is Version (0.0.5) I added
*A Refinery! But instead of what it sounds like its basically a really big chest that outputs whatever is inside to the right of it in stacks of 4.
-The Refinery will take all ore out of the harvester when it is next to it.(or on top of it the selection box defines its collision radius)
*Also I add a technology to be unlocked to be able to craft the Harvester and Refinery.
Also this is my first mod ever so if i did anything wrong let me know.

Things to do
*Add Mining animations (If anyone knows how and would like to help out please let me know(I have the animations its just I'm not sure on going about implementing them)
*Add a defense point turret so the harvester can defend itself while out and about.
*Add service station to repair Harvester.
* Fix a bug that causes the Harvester to still deplete ore fields when its cargo is full.
*Try to add a Gui interface to the Refinery to be able to toggle whether or not to output ore from the refinery.
*Make the Harvester not collide with the Refinery.
*Update the Images used to make them look nicer.
*Rotate the output of the refinery.
*Add power usage and smoke to the refinery if I can.
Note all images and sounds used are from Red Alert and I do not take credit for making any of them.

*A fix for when the Harvester is mining and an ore is depleted to 1 and crashes the game.
V(0.0.3)
*Automatic coal placement to the burner from the Harvester's inventory as requested. (Thanks FreeER)
-- I have made it so if you have less then 20 coal in the burner it will take coal from the Harvester's trunk until it hits 20.
(small bug if you start mining coal with the harvester and its burner isn't full it will place it in there until it is full idk why yet.)
-- Removed the extra burner slots since they are not needed now.
*Increased Max health of the Harvester from 1500 to 2500.
-- I did this because the harvesters hit boxes are a little wonky.
* Tweaked the mining area and made it smaller so the harvester's inventory wouldn't fill up quite as fast.
--Balancing the amount of time/amount of ore ratio a little better.
