[MOD 0.13] Zoom - a wider zoom

Note :
- beware that extreme wide zoom can be CPU consuming...
- if you zoom extra wide, you will probably see strange parts of the map that are not already generated. It is not a bug.
- when you switch from mousewheel-zooming to buttons-zooming, you will notice that the zoom is making a "jump". Even if it looks like a bug, it is not : this problem is due to a limitation of factorio API which allows us to write the zoom value but not to read it (for potential desync reasons see here : viewtopic.php?f=25&t=20820&start=10#p131551). So when you click on the zoom-buttons, the mod uses the last zoom value that it knows, and not the true zoom value probably modified by mousewheel...
