It does not, they have renamed the base sounds files from .wav to .ogg so you need to update the references.

Bug: When I start any of the scenarios. I get this:

When you turn mod on or off you have to restart Factorio. Tetkris had the same error! Recipe for MK3 is ok, this is intended to be this way, do not argue with me just accept it

If you don't want to wait for an official update, just do a find/replace on ".wav"/".ogg" using notepad++ or a similar program on all of the files in the mod directory at once.

This worked for me.

Niestety ten błąd powrócił gdy zainstalowałem wersję 0.10.0 factorio. I nie pomaagją restarty gry , lub skasowanie innych modów, błąd ten występuje gdy chcę zagrać w trybie sandbox, gra się chyba pluje o jakiś character equipment , ale w sandoboxie nie ma gracza i jego eq na bronie i narzędzia przecież. Tyle że ten mod jest nie użyteczny chyba w sanboxie , i muszę go wyłączać z każdym razem i restartować grę by zagrać w sanboxie

Fixed in v0.3.4 see 1st post. You don't have to disable this mod to play in sandbox.
