[>=0.12.5] Slipstream

my quick & dirty patch for slipstream chests

1.12.0 - first port
know bugs - does't show unpowered state
1.12.1 - negative pickup fix
1.12.2 - code optimization and power reduce for operation

Hmm. i will try accomplish that ,but little bit later..
My current ToDo
  • code optimization for take/place items
  • round-robin for take/place items
  • signal cable connection

I found a bug, when the box is full and belts in front of and behind her are full absorbs 4 items from the belt inlet to the outlet when there is space for one.

Is there a way to change input/output item rate? it's pretty slow and can't work with express belt on full speed :(

it works for me, but input rate is low and can't catch up with express belt
