[MOD 0.12.x] Smarter Circuitry

Hi people, hi author, i like functionality of this mod, is this mod still actual? Mod is still developing for 0.13 or 0.14 versions?

In general i lack only about the Directional Actuator, it was very convenient instantly stop/run asemblers/mashines without "dirty tricks". Maybe someone know about mod with same features?

ps: all others things from this mod(+-) is existed in vanilla 0.14

I just ported the directional-actuator to 0.16 because I missed its functionality.
