just caught this. dont know how I missed this.
This mod is going to help me out a lot pretty soon in my world.
Biters evolution is now 98% and im getting my butt kicked. this mod will even the odds a bit, but fairly. :P

There seems to be a problem with the mod. a bit odd.

A lot of names are like the one you see in the pic posted. and also icons missing.
I checked Graphics folder. Seems you didnt complete maybe ? :?
Im using Factorio v12.3 with 92 mods installed.

That's what I said not looking nice. The ammo you've demonstrated is added by mods, it is detected and corresponding upgrade is added, but I don't know of any way of procedural generation of localisation. Nor is there a way of procedurally generating icons. Hence all ammotypes I didn't know of get the placeholder icon and no name.

To fix the names, I'd need to manually write them in the locale. To do that, I'd need at least a name of the mod that adds it, preferably a name of the mod and a list of ammo types you wan't to have a pretty upgrade name (localised will do).

To fix icons, I'd need to make those for each ammotype in question. That I'm not sure I want to do as I'd like to keep it lightweight and not burden the download with content that won't be used. I'll think how to make placeholder icons for different techs more discernible however.

Updated to 12.11. However the privilege of testing is up to players. I'm not having enough time for that. Though I'm hopeful about the mod.

Would you be interested in having someone else try to update the mod? I'm interested in taking a look at it, and while I won't make any promises about actually being able to fix it, I think it might be worth a shot.

The first post says "on indefinite hold" so Its not likely the mod will get updated. Its last listed compatible version was .12.2 and we're on .12.30.

There's no such thing as a smooth release, is there? Version 0.2.2 is n the op, now dirt-cheap debug recipe is not present.
