[2.0]Quality Assurance

A new mod by BraveCaperCat, and my second for 2.0. Quality Assurance is a mod which adds multiple quality related quality of life features. This includes:
- Base Quality - Adds quality to machines automatically, as if a quality module was added. The exact value and the toggle for the feature are in the mod options.
- Early Quality Unlock - Enables all qualities to be unlocked at a specific technology. The technology is the Quality Module technology by default, but can be changed using the mod options.
- AMS Machines - Adds new machines which have additional module slots. These are slower than their normal counterparts, but the 2 extra module slots are worth it.
- Improving Quality Modules - Improves all modules with a quality increase by 5, turning 5 percent into 25 percent.
- Quality Modules in Beacons - Allows you to place Quality Modules in beacons.
