[MOD 1.1] Train Upgrader

A new mod to make it quick and easy to upgrade to new tiers of locomotives or wagons. When playing with an overhaul like Bob's, Pyanodon, or Nullius that adds multiple types of trains, or even a standalone train mod that adds new ones, it can be a pain to replace all your existing trains when you unlock better versions. The built in upgrade planner doesn't work on trains. There are mods that let you spawn or destroy trains automatically, but that's a bit complicated when all you really want is to upgrade them. As far as I can tell there wasn't an existing mod to simplify this upgrade process. Some players with big rail bases just don't bother and live with lower tier trains even after their tech improves. The Train Upgrader mod is designed to fill this niche.
