A message for the developers!

I have been enjoying this game for years and I think everyone on this discord can agree this game is ridiculously fantastic. I just wanted to know what's next on the teams agenda for making factorio better for the whole community. I know you guys are hard at work at these updates (and I cant tell you how much I love the retextures and patches), but I think it would be great to hear if you guys have any big plans for the future of factorio, And If I could I would love to ask the dev teams take on upcoming games like Satisfactory that take the premise of factorio to a 3 dimensional space. I know it's not really a quick question but I would love to know, thanks!
