How do I throw more money at you, as Im totally in love with this game?
It seems like its no longer possible to upgrade from "Transport Belt Repair Man"?
Or at least I didnt find any way to do so.

Since Steam early access (0.12 stable), that's not possible anymore.
What you can do is buy another copy of the game and offer it to a friend you think will like the game, and at that point, you can add a tip if you want (but it's in addition to the game you buy).

Well, I brought 3 more copies after my first. I gave 2 copies to a couple of friends and one to my brother.
This game is great.

I've done similar - bought a total of 4 copies now - Given them to others as gifts.
