Readme CSS bugs and problems

The html/css for the readme has a few strange issues that imo makes the page look a lot worse. I really like the general look though... just these small nitpicks really letting it down.
Most of the following issues are demonstrated in my readme: https://mods.factorio.com/mod/SpidertronEngineer
- For some reason every other horizontal line (`-----`) is a lot thinner than the others (also seen at https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Nanobots)
- The sub-bullet points are shifted too far down. I would expect them to be a lot closer to the bullet point above them then to the bullet point below them.
- Similarly for the headings compared to the text following them. That is why I added the horizontal lines, to give more of a separation between the paragraph and the next heading, and the start of a paragraph is too far away from its heading.
- h1 (at the top of the readme) appears the same size, or even smaller than h2 (the rest of the headings)
- Whilst the coloured 'italic' text is very nice to have as an option, there really should be a way of doing actual italics
- Monospace code is very small (at the bottom of https://mods.factorio.com/mod/SpidertronWaypoints)
For comparison, even though Github's rendition is a lot plainer, it does everything I mentioned above correctly: https://github.com/tburrows13/Spidertro ... /README.md
