Looked for mod updates at mods portal and found some suspicious mods:

https://mods.factorio.com/mod/StarCraft_2_SFX (StarCraft II SFX)

And these are probably too:

https://mods.factorio.com/mod/CustomMus ... ttiasPart2 (Custom Music Part 2)

I suspect that these mods are simply breaking the EULA:

All mods uploaded must have the permission from the author of the mod, and must not contain any copyrighted material unless it is permitted by the appropriate copyright owner.

I doubt that guy has got a permission from Blizzard to redistribute Starcraft OST and SFX under MIT or public domain license.

Probably there should be a feature to report mods on mod portal, as mods can sometimes have something dangerous or illegal inside.
