[Sanqui] Had "Unknown Error" when uploading, found cause

Was uploading a new mod and it kept failing with just an unknown error. I did finally get it to work, though I'm not sure what actually resolved it. I had removed the control.lua (which was empty save for some comments) and renamed the name to remove the uppercase letters to match my previously uploaded mods.

Does the mod portal just not allow an 'empty' control.lua, and if so can we get a specific error message for that?
