Hi,

While creating my mod, I download my own current version multiple times over different timespans to check things out...

When I download my mod (or any mod in that case), the download count goes up by 1. When I download it again, no mater if I do it withing 5 minutes of the previous one, or within a day, or week, the download count keeps increasing by 1. I noticed this in the past that it only increased by 1 every 2 or 3 days. I think the IP check or user check is broken. I started noticing this afther the forum update btw.

There is no such check, it is just a simple counter that increments when the link is served

We had an idea to change to a more specific metric, but its not a high priority
