Issue when downloading mod in game.

My issue is only with the mod "angel's infinite ores" but i believe it is more of an issue with the portal then the mod. The mod was previously downloaded then accidentally deleted and when I tried to download it i got the loading bar as usual. The issue is that when the mod finishes downloading then it says error it is all ready downloaded. This issue only is a part of this mod. I have checked and it is clearly not installed due to both other mods saying it isn't and the lack of any option to set ore frequency on the infinite ores in the beginning set up. Any help is appreciated.
