[HanziQ][mod portal] Drag and drop uploading tries to download your file

As the title says.
when updating my mods, I drag the file from a folder, into the "select file to upload" area on the web page.
Before it always simply added the file ready to be uploaded when I pressed submit.
Now my browser tries to tell me it wants to download a file with the name I dropped onto the page.
Clicking on the area and selecting a file from the file menu works as expected.
