Does it work if you remove the license line? Also is info.json all lower case?

It might be the type of zip compression you're using - try a different tool to zip your mod.
From the wiki...
Better forum search for modders: Enclose your search term in quotes, eg. "font_color" or "custom-input" - it prevents the forum search from splitting on hypens and underscores, resulting in much more accurate results.
