[BUG] updated mods are not found

When clicking "check for updates" in factorio not all updated mods are found.
I have FARL 0.5.33 and Shuttle Train 1.1.1 installed. The current version on the mod portal is 0.5.35 and 1.1.2, yet factorio doesn't find the updates.
I had the same problem with Yuoki's Insustries yesterday.
EDIT: it looks like after opening the "install mods" list all outdated mods are found.
