IDEA: Display and link to forum name

My factorio account name is different from forum one.
I'd like to display the latter one.
Also, it'd be nice to have a link to the forum profile somewhere in author page there.

Unfortunately we use the factorio account to verify your membership,
But if you'd like i can change your factorio.com username,
Just email in to support[at]factorio.com

Yes, but that one doesn't have to be one displayed to people. Many sites use one phrase as login to authenticate user, but show different as username (steam and github for example). I guess that adds some security too.
Oh well, I'll probably take that offer later.

Maybe a 'alias' option would work well, i'll add it to our internal to do list
