Mod Portal - misc issues

So far I have encountered two issues on the mod portal page while using a browser. Since there really isnt a section for posting about the mod portal, I hope posting like this, is ok. Feel free to move/manage as needed.

Portal site Mod profile page Bug
When clicking to view a screenshot/image attached to the mod's page, nothing happens. It should expand images to full size in some way. Oddly, I can make them enlarge but must first click the image I want enlarged, then click the profile image of the mod which then automatically causes the other image to expand. Same result with firefox and chrome.

Usability issue on Mod pages
I have been managing all my mods of interest/installed mods by bookmarking the sites in my browser. Just now I tried updating some of these with the new mod portal links (which I assume is now supposed to be the definitive source for accessing mods). An annoyance with the new mod portal is that the page title does not contain the name of the mod - just "Factorio Mods" ...compared to the forums where you would get a nice summary eg "Factorio Forums • View topic - [MOD 0.12.x/0.13.x] Mod Name..." requiring renaming every bookmark made. Thus, something like "Factorio Mods - [Mod Name]" might be nice.
Thanks for the consideration!

*Edit: Actually, something like "Factorio Mods - [ModName] - BriefModSummary" would be preferable!

Quick question, how does one Rate mods, now? I see rated text but no method to rate. (Perhaps an incomplete feature?)
Would love to up-rate/vote some of these mods as well as favouriting them now they are being upgraded to 0.13.. which could possibly replace my bookmarking solution above.

Not sure what the future for the mods site holds, but enabling some options like are listed under the mozilla addons site would be great! - one feature of which comes to mind: allowing mods to be featured in collections by individuals would be awesome!
