Mod releases older than 1min are now served by our new CDN. Does this improve your mod downloads?

seems it's a lot better, but huge mods still suffer from long stalls where no I/O happens. when i run curl or wget they stall out but restart I/O much more quickly. is there a delay i can manipulate somewhere?

Ah sorry, I just realized I only switched mod portal downloads over to the new CDN. In-game downloads were still served by the old server. Now all downloads are from the new CDN. (Except in-game mod images and thumbnails)

Will take a look if we can expose curl tunables in the game.

oh man it's so much better now! thanks for looking into curl tunables. that'll be useful in "The Rest" settings area when someone else has an issue like this, to extend the timeout and retry counts as well as potentially reduce the retry delay if possible (i've used curl a lot. i've never seen this, but i've never needed to look for it.)
