Description missing for underflow valve

In the character crafting screen, the underflow valve has no description. I had to google it to find out what it does.
When I highlight the overflow valve in the crafting or inventory part of the character screen it has the text "Allows flow if the input side is above 80%" and it'd be nice if the underflow valve had the same type of description, something like "Allows flow if the output side is below 80%" (assuming that is correct).
I'm playing with the seablock pack and squeak through and a handful of other mods.
