[Klonan] [1.1.32] Mining drill GUI cannot be moved off screen

The mining drill GUI cannot be moved so that some of it is off screen, unlike all the other GUIs (that I've seen at least). While this isn't as much of a problem with the vanilla drills, some modded drill GUIs take up a lot of space, and I want to be able to see the main game at the same time, so it can be quite annoying.
