[kovarex] In-game tutorials are broken

I'm playing the 0.17.x version.
An example of the problem I'm having: During gameplay I get a message saying there's a new tutorial available about trains, I click on it, only to get the very first tutorial of the game, where it teaches you how boxes work! I finish the tutorial, and it goes back to normal gameplay every time. So, no matter how far I get in the game, and how many new tutorials become available, I only get to play the very first tutorial. Help would be appreciated a lot.
