[Dominik] [0.15.36] Rail signal fails when adjacent to a train stop

Rail signal loses lock when a train stops at a station placed immediately after that signal.

Hi, thank you for the report. However, in the current version we are preparing for 0.16 it works correctly and no crash occurs. So sit tight :)
