[HanziQ][for 0.17] Unable to stream from OSX Steam host with no mouse

When attempting to stream Factorio from an OSX machine running Steam but which has no mouse currently attached I get an error about mouse initialization failing. Connecting a mouse temporarily fixes the issue.

This is fairly minor, and since we're removing Allegro for 0.17, we'll handle it then.

Please let us know if the issue persists in 0.17 (when it is released)
