On my laptop (1366x768) it happens frequently that the window on the right side is cropped (fluid waggon, Robo Port)

If you would add a scrollbar one could at least scroll with the mouse wheel while hovering over the object of interest. (to click on the scrollbar is not possible, because those views pop up on mouse hover.)

This is a huge issue for me, and there are hardly existing workarrounds.

If you cannot play because of something, and you tried hard to workaround it and there is none, then it is a bug.

Please post a screenshot. Did you try changing the UI-scale? What scaling are you using in the screenshot?

I didn't know that it was possible to scale the UI, but this doesn't really solve it, plus it makes all the fonts really small and hard to read.

Might not help you that much but for logistics network just press L and you'll see all of them with contents. And that window should handle smaller screen better since it's scrollable.

This will be solved once the right panel goes through final version of gui changes, but after the stable version is done.
